The room was clean with a working AC and very comfortable bed, as for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors. Hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were available there.

The staff are helpful and affable and the room is modern with the basic complementary amenities.

The hotel's location was amazing, close enough to restaurants and casino and the airport, restaurants and stores. Visited Allstate Arena, one of the tourist spots, located at a moderate distance from the property. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with a new design, very comfortable bed plus a working AC and that was great.

Thanks a lot for a fine stay on vacation. The staff are extremely great and nice, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel rooms are bright with the basic complementary amenities. This place is in a marvellous location also very close to the airport.

The hotel's position was great, hard to cross the roads to go to the shopping plaza.

Functional and perfect accommodation with excellent setting short walk to the O'Hare airport, shops, and close to restaurants. The staff were affable, courteous and helped me with free parking.

I thoroughly enjoyed 1 night in this property. The room was new-fashioned, ideal and had central heating, TV and a refrigerator. The location of the property was great and favourable, on grounds in multiple areas. Lucky that it was within easy walking distance of Subway, offering food to go...

Also, the location is magnificent and particularly good, minutes from Allstate Arena. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a new design, new furnitures plus a working AC was not a problem.

All in all everything was nice, had a pleasant stay on vacation. The location was magnificent really close to airport and the staff here was helpful. I checked out Allstate Arena, that was set relatively near the property.
